hi ruth... nothing is moving!!!! i have a lot of difficulty with pelvic tilting, do you have any videos you recommend for this?

it felt like i conquered a fear! i only used 8lbs, but for me that's heavyish. i do use ankle weights, resistance bands, and a weighted vest when i walk (also 8lbs), but dumbbells have always scared me. i feel like this is the first step to falling in love!!
