I have just submitted my PhD thesis. It took me a little over 6 years to complete! I was so hesitant to press the submit button, thinking that I still hadn't done enough! That there must still be mistakes. I am almost afraid to be finally free. Sitting with those feelings now. I wouldn't have got through the very dark days during the final years of my PhD without RPS in my life. Thank you Ruth + all the bad b's, you rebuilt me 🥹🥰

Does anyone else get problems with digestion when stressed or luteal phase of cycle? I've had a particularly difficult time these last few weeks, with multiple issues related to it. I was wondering if there were any recs for classes to help digestion. I know about the stomach massage one. Maybe I'll try that to start.

This was very relaxing, and I too felt an unexpected release in my neck as well as my hips. I really liked the use of the blocks for deeper and more accessible stretches.

Oh my gosh! To say buffalo fat lump! How about tech neck? Much nicer. Some drs hey! I developed severe pain in my neck from desk work, I really enjoyed the classes that gently stretch the neck and one in particular using the pilates ring where you put the ring at the back of the head and pull back with your head... Some class recs: posture pulse and neck strength pulse (some of my recommendations!)

The start of the class reminded me of the end of a full body massage when the neck is gently stretched. Perfect use of the ball for the same effect! My shoulders, back and hips also feel so good.

A lot of laugh out loud moments in this one, while in pain! Arms, sides and glutes feel strong and I have the - post RPS workout - light headed ahhh feeling.
