Ya girl is sweating hard!! 😅💦 This class was challenging every part of my body. There’s literally muscles near my hip I never knew I could even workout! Your classes always amaze me!

Omg this has made such a difference on my left hip! I have no clue what happened with my hip but I’m just thankful that you literally have a class for everything! 🫶🏼

Hey Ruth, I was doing the side lying + split workout the other day and I could not get my elbows to the ground like you did. I tried and failed multiple times 😅😅 What can I work on to aim for that?

Omgggg this workout was noooo joke!!! My thighs and my side 🍑 is on fireeee 🔥🔥🔥🔥This class was sooooo challenging! Especially since I used 2lb ankle weights 🥲😅 I feel like I worked out muscle I didn’t know existed 😂😂 I love this class! Adding it to my playlist “Working On It” because I most def want to see my progress 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽
