If you got under the “Programs” tab, the Hard and Soft challenge is a good start and it can help with consistency. I’m going to do that one after this Muscle Miami challenge. There’s a lot of beginner friendly intro classes in there

I powered through this workout despite developing a cold and PMSing. I didn’t want to do anything when I got home but I pushed myself 💪🏽💃🏽✨

I upped the weights this time and I was able to do 5 rounds.

15lbs for Chest press, Bent over Rows, and Sumo Squats 

25lbs for RDLS.

Once again feeling like a strong, sweaty bad b 💃🏽💪🏽✨

Got done with this class and I looked at my husband and I said “That was hard but I’m being consistent.” I’m glad this challenge came around when it did. It truly has helped my mental health and helping create newer, better habits for myself in all aspects of my life. Truly feeling like a bad b muscle mami 💕🥹💪🏽💃🏽

Walked 4 miles in the morning with hubby before doing this workout and omg!!! My buns 🍑🍑 were shaking so hard!!! I don’t know how I made it all the way through round 3. On that last set with the chest press I told myself “I’ve already done 20 of these, what’s 10 more” and that’s literally how I pushed through it! Now I’m feeling like a strong sweaty bad b 😅💪🏽💃🏽✨

This class was so challenging!! I was able to do 4 rounds in total and one extra set of hammer curls before the timer ended.

For HC and CP: 10lbs

Hip thrusts: 25lb bala beam

Step ups: 20lbs
