It’s so crazy how one side can feel drastically different than the other. Twisting and dipping to the right was wayyyy more of a task than on my left side. I wonder if it’s because of both my spinal injury and also how I sleep. Nonetheless, this class did wonders release my back pain! Adding to my favs!

Definitely felt the burn in my abs! I used 2 yoga blocks for the planks at the end and omg those burned in the best way! You’re always making some 🔥🔥🔥🔥 workouts!

I def gotta invest in a soft foam roller because doing this on a hard one was not the wave lol but I do like this workout because it’s always a challenge especially the planks at the end! 💪🏽💃🏽💪🏽

Omg the rolling like a ball and standing really shook me! I was soooo surprised that I was able to stand up I thought I was going to fall flat on my face! Really loved this workout so so much! I miss weight lifting and this really scratched that itch! Your classes are always top tier ⭐️🌟💫

Omg all was fine and dandy until the ring behind the back sequence! My arms were trembling. I barley felt anything but still everything 😅🥹Def adding this class to my “Working On It” playlist. I gotta come back to this one!
