My partner usually doesn't partake in movement with me but after rafting I convinced him to do this with me and it was the peerfect back stretch for us both!!

There were a few times I just added walk to not lose the streak but my body was asking to do nothing

Really didn't want to move because I was beyooooonnnd irritable today but decided to do some menstrual moves on day 12 of my cycle.. Feeling calm to go to sleep without over thinking. I love what movement can do for bodies🥹

Oh my gosh, thank you for such an in depth response!!! This was very helpful🤩

The movement in eaely evening preferably before dinner was from an Aryuvedic practitioner.. and I felt even more called to asl because sometimes I do enjoy a late evening session, helps me sleep!

Hi Ruth, I've been pondering this lately and wanted to ask your opinion!

Is there really a best time of day to move the body? Lately I have found myself so busy during the days I forget my movement so I've been trying before I go to bed.. which then I do sleep soooo good.

But I've seen too many things saying women "should" move in the morning or early evening before dinner. I just can't think of anything else but, whhyyy??

Yesterday I walked my dog for an hour since his paw has been hurt and it was his first time out in a week.. just finished quiet strength and oofta for day 2 of my bleed I am feeeeeling it in the best way✨️
