I had vivid nightmares last night and when I first started this I wanted nothing to do with any of the moments, I just wanted to be a dead fish😂 but I kept screaming it out and pushing myself only a little hard given it's bright and early! Usually nightmares like these would have me laying down most of the day, but now I'm sweaty, invigorated, and ready to experience a new day! Absolutely cathartic in so many ways🥺

My therapist suggested I come home and continue moving, because this session was especially releasing - I mentioned how I keep oscillating through emotions like a wave. So when I saw this, I knew I could adapt to do this while supporting my knee.
