I cannot wait for my knee to be fixed so I can fully submerge myself into this ooey goodness.. this has me feeling sooo relaxed

I wasn't feeling hard + soft's video this morning.. it felt like an evening practice with how busy my day is today.. So I did this on my continue to watch. Holy moly was this absolutely such a blast!! I really enjoyed sweeping the towel on the floor, the connection I could feel in my whole body - I'll be coming back to this time and time again!!

I DID IT, I GOT THE 60 DAY BADGE😭 I genuinely don't think I've been this consistent with movement since I was playing softball in high-school over 10 years ago and even then it wasn't by choice😂

What I've noticed most by doing this is I now crave coming to this app to move and it no longer feels like a chore.🥹

I have meniscus surgery November 3rd and my goal to keep moving is to do all the upper body movements!!!

My in-laws where here the past week and I had to go to my friends house to be with her dog for a bit while she was out of town.. So I have fallen way behind on the challenge. I walked so much last week though, so I'm not too upset about it!! Tapping in for day 3 (this morning) and day 5 (this evening). I loved this program the first time I completed it, so I'm gonna catch back up with y'all and finish strong🥹

the subtitles "central audis" had me cackling 😂 but to move on to the video - I am the most thankful for your creation of sensulates.. Without it I never would have discovered the severity of my knee injury due to the opening of my hips and spine. Even though my knee is now hurting everyday, I'm deeply grateful to feel it and not ignore it!! I'm now in the process of getting it checked out and I'm so excited to start doing the activities I have long avoided. Thank you again Ruth for creating a space and community for so many of us to come back home to ourselves🥰

Trying to not move my feet during the ball position felt soooo impossible, but I did it once and oh my gosh.. Those lower ab muscles were putting in WERK 😂

I woke up feeling so down about myself and the world, wasn't even sure if movement would help.. But gosh, this video was perfect in every single way. I've never enjoyed dancing, but these beat based videos have me changing my mind with every one. Thank you Ruth😭

Jennifer Brizuela I don't feel it in my ankles either, I feel it in my shins and toes! I think it's a lot on how we've moved our bodies throughout our lives (compensating and what not), so some of the movements we do here can cause discomfort since it's not our normal way of moving. From my knowledge, discomfort is okay but pain is not - Pls correct me if I'm wrong Ruth Brenza
