Hey Ruth! Two questions:

First, do you currently have any videos breaking down a body roll? (The GIF is me) 

Second, would love any tips for modifying movements that put more pressure on the sacrum (like full teaser).

Messy Beats was so much fun exactly what I needed today! The perfect antidote to when my inner manager is a bit loud. Since taking your classes, I've noticed a shift in the way I respond when I don't get a move "right." I'm more inclined to slow sensual moves than more fast paced moves and the arm movement made me feel like I was trying to do the Floss 😂 I felt so silly, but I laughed through it and embraced the silliness and the messiness. It was the perfect combo of moves that challenge me and moves that ground me. Thank you for being you and for sharing your light with us!

This class provided me with all the things I needed - cardio and lifting to work through anger and frustration and moments of gentleness to allow the tears to flow. I didn't know if I could do shake level today, but I showed up anyway. You message at the end was so lovely.

Feeling strong AF after this! ✨I don't have a ball so I used a round stuffed animal and a foam roller for the rolling parts. So appreciated the reminder to drop perfectionism. Why you in my head Ruth?! 😜Lastly, "if your booty is burning it means you're alive" 🍑🔥 will be my new motto.

ooof this class felt like a push today because I'm feeling a bit tired, but I'm glad I showed up and did it. The lofi beats are grounding and help keep me calm when frustration starts to arise.
