What an amazing birthday weekend it has been. Yesterday I didn’t get to do my practice as I went for the first of three classes to become a reiki practitioner. Came home and hung out with my bf and kids (my pup is one of my children. I birthed him 🤫🤫 let me live). At midnight everyone wished me a happy bday and my bf surprised me with tickets to Spain to see Bad Bunny 😱😱😱) This AM I tapped in for adaptable glutes 🥵🥵🥵and sensual circles 🤤🤤🤤 and got some cuddles from my pup. I could not have asked for a better weekend. Now off to brunch 🥂🥂Here’s to another year 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽

Ahhh look what I came home to today!!!!

I almost didn’t tap in for this class today. I was inspired and had decided to freestyle it out to some early 90 alt rock. I started off with the best stretch I ever had (I had the deepest goddess pose ever right to all my plants 🥹🧘🏽‍♀️) and then was just feeling myself and enjoying sensual movement. I decided to check the app and ended up having so much fun with this class and that ending stretch just made me feel so limber. What a perfect evening and start to a long weekend ☺️🥰🦋
