Manduka is one of my favs, pricey but last FOREVER… one of mine is 15 years old and still solid. They get better with age TBH. I use the 6mm (that’s their thickest but it feels nice for me), really nice material, no slipping, very durable against abrasion as well, I treat my mats hard lol.

Not sustainable material, but I probably won’t ever need to buy another mat again, so that’s it’s own sustainability :)

Tapping in for soft strength 🙂‍↕️💗

After several weeks, I’m still in my “working out because I will feel good after, not because I feel particularly motivated” era… anyone else??

It’s been a stressful month (pic of my messy ass office/studio rn !!), but I’m so grateful to keep showing up and giving my body what it needs 💘 the consistency is keeping everything else more balanced. Thanks for the help, Ruth Brenza !
