Done and dusted! It’s my day off and was happy to get this done first thing.

Did this one a month ago, I was looking for an under 10 min strength sesh and this popped up in the library. Realized after it was prob for the upcoming MM challenge. Happy to say I felt stronger & way more secure this time around.

I use grip socks for the step up exercises for more security - might be helpful if you too find them a little scary.

I love how strong I feel after this one. It requires full focus and feels very meditative for me. Continued training for the revolution.

Update:

Soooo I laid on my mat for 10 mins after this absolutely toasted lol. Once I rose from the dead I went to tell my husband that Ruth took me out. On the way I caught my reflection… we have quad muscles baby !! May not look like much, but I carry more body fat on my legs so visible muscle is hard to come by. I guess the death was worth it 🪦😂😂

Also mood lighting is a big motivator for me, chose green for energy today. I haven’t been too sore in specific muscles, but I do experience a whole body fatigue esp after 2 days of these workouts, looking forward to rest day. Hope everyone has a great one tomorrow! 💚

Read the comments beforehand for motivation, sounds like we were all on a similar page of showing up despite resistance, and we did that.

Celebrating that I did my snatches with 20 lbs 🤗 and, the jazzy lofi music + sleeping Valentino the ENTIRE time was a supreme vibe 👌

Rock on bad b’s, can’t believe there’s only 3 more videos to go!
