Hey Dorian! Thank you so much for the kind words. I’m really happy to hear my classes have been helping you. What you described experiencing is something I really relate to. I find that lower rep exercise with weights that are much heavier tends to be kinder on my nervous system than high intensity/high rep exercise and with even better results overall. I’m going to suggest getting some heavyish weights (15-30lbs) and trying some of my relax level weighted classes. I think you’ll be suorised at how effective they are without completely exhausting you. Adding one option here, but there are several like this too! Select the Heavyish Weights filter under Props and the Relax | soft + grounding under level filter to see more 🦋🩷 and let me know how it goes!
