Editing to add, have you tried logging out of the app and then back in? Sometimes that solves little bugs like this!

So sorry you’re dealing with this. It shouldn’t impact your use of the app itself, but that banner at the top can be annoying. If logging out doesn’t work and your email address on file is correct, can you send this video over to our tech support? They will be able to assist. Here’s their email address:

Hi Nijha! Welcome!

I don’t have a TV app, but maybe these support articles can help you figure out why casting to your TV could be lagging. Not sure if you’re using airplay or chrome cast so including support articles for both!

I also wanted to add that you can always access all my classes from my desktop site members.ruthpilatesstudio.com instead of my app if that's easier for you. I know some members prefer to watch from their computer.

Here is a screenshot of some more options too in case its helpful! You can absolutely move up in class level to Pulse and/or Shake if the Relax ones feel good for you! But I would recommend sticking to the heavier weights/lower reps to see if it makes a difference. I know it may seem a bit counter intuitive but its been helpful for me and so many others too!
