Slay, Robyn! Well done. My advice for the internal rotation in the z sit: have you tried propping your hips on a pillow or blocks? Creating a little more space might be helpful! I would also try adjust the back leg angle. Try moving your foot closer to your hip or further away. And instead of focusing on just lifting your ankle as high as you can, I reccomend focusing on floating it up only as high as you can without anything else moving. It may be barely noticeable! And that’s okay. Let me know if those help at all!
