Hey Emma! I would type “classical” into the search, then add filters for level, duration, body focus, and prop! Alternatively, you can click Classical Pilates under classes by style and browse there. I am not sure I have a classical video that’s focused only on lower body with a ball in this level and timeframe. But perhaps adding ball as a prop and searching classical would also be helpful!

Ah yes thank you! I will add it to the description, you should see it there already for all the other classes with props and music with lyrics! (I wanted to keep the playlist a suprise just when I first released this one but I will add it now!)

What a fantastic goal! I have lots of thoughts here. One being we totally need a splits program! The Feel Good Flexibility program might be nice, in case you haven’t tried it yet. When it comes improving flexibility, it’s a bit of a dance between your comfort zone and pushing just past it. The reason it’s a dance is because the more comfortable your nervous system is, the more likely it is to allow you to go into a deeper stretch. And it’s totally understandable that your nervous system is currently preventing you from doing a split, especially if it’s never done one before! So to get your nervous system extra comfy I suggest daily practice along with breath and particularly some breath and relaxation prior to attempting your stretch. There are a few different classes with splits, if you search “splits” you’ll see some options. This class might help you to figure out where exactly needs the most stretch. Is it the hamstring of the front leg or the hip flexor of the back hip? Probably both but there may be one that needs a little extra! I hope this helps 🦋

Amanda Grace okay you’re like me then! I also have an easier time side to side! 😂 we will keep practicing the front back together. I find hip thrusts with a nice heavy weight is so useful. It gives that feedback and sensation for our brain to have a better sense of where we are in space. 🩷 also your dog bowl and ball is SO CLEVER!!! 👏
