Love this one so much!! I felt like my hip circles felt (kind of!) natural at first, then I realised how much deeper into it I could get - the bowl is so so useful!! I feel like the front feels harder for me, almost like a semicircle where backwards and sideways feels wide, then it gets cut off at the front - unless I’m almost in some sort of upright bridge position (which is not very sexy natural hip circle-esc). Defo coming back to this and practicing lots!!

Hi all!! I’m Ella, I’m over in London across the pond. I’ve been on RPS for (maybe) 2-3 ish years now and so so happy to be here. RPS has helped me heal so much, and ~actually~ enjoy exercise. It really has healed my relationship with both my body and movement. My favourite classes are beat based, but I do loooove a slow relaxing class too. Of cooooourse my tail is baby pink and so so fluffy - think feather boa meets marie from aristocats ✨💗
