Great question. For this particular class, if it feels okay you can fully stretch. Sometimes for hypermobile baddies it can be hard to find our deepest stretch and this is a chance to explore it! The times I would avoid fully stretching are when adding load like my heavyish weights classes especially when exploring new ranges with new weights. Of course listen to your body and if it feels too much a soft bend in the knees is always acceptable. πŸ₯°
