Anna L sometimes I find it’s helpful to either roll a tiny bit forward or backward so pure not directly on your hip bone, that can change the muscles working slightly but if it’s more comfortable that’s totally fine. Another option is to use some sort of padding beneath your hip whether that’s a folder towel/blanket or cushion!
