SO glad you found that class! I was going to suggest any foam roller or ball Relax level class or from Stretch + Body Care. Also if there’s a specific area that’s feeling like it needs love, select a Relax level from Joint Specific Care. 🦋🥰

I also just have the 25lb and it’s comfortable to hold. I have held the 35lb before and it is a bit thick. I do reccomend getting something heavier but a dumbbell would probably be more versatile 🥰

One more thing I wanted to mention! If you’re starting to feel tightness after the strength work we’ve been doing, that’s a good sign. This area of the spine and back muscles are often underutilized in our daily lives, so it makes sense that you are feeling it there! That’s one of the first places in my body I tend to feel the strength work too because it’s where I’m the weakest. It’s awesome work not just for posture, but overall breathing and shoulder mechanics too. I hope it’s not too uncomfortable, and you can always take rest if it needs the break. 🦋
