Tapping in for Morning Flow.   I really love a good quick morning flow since I have to leave for work early and don't have time or the inclination for anything more.  I skip the pushups because I have an older shoulder injury that would be pissed if I tried that shit so early in the morning😅

Hello,

Does anyone else experience pain with

-pulling chin to chest when doing single or double leg raise exercises (here my neck feels tight and I get dizzy. I have chronic migraine so that may be why).

-sitting/kneeling on feet (here it feels like my whole body is being supported on my fragile foot bones which I guess is kinda the case). I feel better kneeling on tippy toes.

Just a little win for today! ✨ I almost didn't do a class today because I spent the whole day helping my mum clean her house (mostly of my things 🫣) and was exhausted when I got home after 11pm. For some reason, I still wanted to finish off some things that were on my to-do list but realised that none of it was actually that urgent! Then I saw the RPS calendar streak in my mind and knew the competitive side of me would be so sad if I didn't tick that off today!! 'Soft Landings' on today's calendar was just what I needed & I'm proud I prioritised myself over my tasks! 🙏
