I have a question involving the annual membership. My membership ends on Friday and I just updated my payment method. Does it take it out automatically or would I have to log in that day to pay? I just want to secure my annual and don’t want to miss out😌

It's been a few hours since I did sensual straddles and I usually do some breathing afterwards. My legs were shaking uncontrollably and I was sooo angry. When the shaking stopped I just wanted to cry, so I laid there and let my body just feel.

Then when I was eating dinner I noticed my mouth had more space in it and some of my jaw muscles were tired😂

I have never had a class provide such a deep release before, holy moly. I had to share because I'm curious if anyone else had such deep releases!!
