On the theme "slow is fast" I decided to take a trip away to Swedish Lapland. I took a ferry, two buses and a train to a lovely place called Abisko. Taking my time planning a hike in the mountains and figuring out if I want to camp in the wild or not! Such a good reset, if I'm not too cold I shall try a class at my next camping spot!

Hi Ruth! I'm trying to remember a class, where you taught a similar move to the "shake level" move in gooey beats, but I think you had us fully stand up after we placed our foot on the mat. Can you point me in the right direction? I remember thinking there was no way I was going to be able to do, it but I tried anyway, and did it! And it was so much fun!Β

I almost didn’t tap in for this class today. I was inspired and had decided to freestyle it out to some early 90 alt rock. I started off with the best stretch I ever had (I had the deepest goddess pose ever right to all my plants πŸ₯ΉπŸ§˜πŸ½β€β™€οΈ) and then was just feeling myself and enjoying sensual movement. I decided to check the app and ended up having so much fun with this class and that ending stretch just made me feel so limber. What a perfect evening and start to a long weekend ☺️πŸ₯°πŸ¦‹

That meditative hip opener was amazzzziiiingggg! On that note, I felt like it really opened my inner thighs, any recs for stretching outer hips? Like I loveeee a good pigeon pose, something that hits that same outside area.
