usually i go for weights even when my body is tired, but your affirmations and reminders to honor our body and to find acceptance for how we complete these exercises helped me feel less judgmental about completing this with no weights.

i find it so hard to not try to copy what the instructor is doing so this felt entirely new and brought up a lot of emotions for me.

this was such a short but impactful class for not just my physical health but also for my mental/emotional health. i can't believe how "cringe" it felt for me express love for myself, especially during the last song. it pains me that self-judgement was the first thing that popped up when i hugged and told myself that it was okay for me to love and hold myself.

i feel like ive taken my body for granted, wanting her to look a certain way, behave a certain way... all the while not appreciating how hard she works to keep me here. it feels like a one way relationship, where i only love her for superficial reasons, dependent on external validation from others. but, with the help of rps i feel like i can start loving her for who/what she is. im only like four days in, but i can already feel a change in how i feel about me.

i feel like this class is definitely going to be on my roster for whenever i feel low.
