I did not feel like getting on the ground today but I didn’t wanna let that be my excuse to not workout so I picked this class. NO RAGRETS. Perfect amount of difficulty and honestly I think standing classes are now gonna be my everyday norm. Thank you, Ruth!

this was great, i didn't feel like moving today so I reluctantly pressed play and it was the right amount of movement and challenge for me!

I’m a new plant mom (1 month in). I ordered them online and they all arrived damaged/half dead so I’m gonna nurse them back to health lol. And never order plants online again (or maybe just not in the summer time bc I think the Texas heat did them in)

I added some blocks under my hands during pigeon (out of curiousity) and while idk how to explain the feeling, it felt very good in my body. Lovely suggestion!!
