I used a kettlebell for my heavy weight, and I’m ecstatic bc it was a 25lb one. I was able to lift it without struggle and with control…and doing that during the swings was major for me. Not too long ago, 15lb kettlebells were a struggle. Ruth really has me out here getting stronger 🥹

Did not wanna do this today bc I’m cold and sleepy but I decided to do it with lower weights bc I figured that’s better than skipping. Bc the second I skip, it starts my spiral of no movement for months on end lol

Got through one round with the step ups/lunges and ended up taking them out for the other 3 rounds I got done. I look forward to trying the step ups again. I got nervous up there lol. And got frustrated with the lunges (Im on my period so it doesn’t take much to make me frustrated lmao) so I’ll try those next time too!

Whew those squats were no joke! I’ve been loving these different movements, it’s been so fun exploring how they feel in my body. Which is actually making me excited for movement each day. Thank you, Ruth! You’re a movement genius 🥰🙌🏽
