Absolutely loved this flow. Got so into it. Felt amazing for my shoulders and good to have some weight on the wrists.

So amazing! I didn't have weights to use but still worked the arms and abs sufficiently. This is a perfect break from deskwork class, I'm no longer doing desk work but still feel all the old wounds from keeping my arms motionless all day. Loved the spine twists. Loved everything as usual!

Amanda Grace yes, so ridiculously cute - they are wild but seem to like posing. And thanks! It's so great to have RPS to dip into on my travels.

I had to lookt this up! 😂 Genius! I also stayed in this Halloween with a mild cold. I had visited a witch earlier on in the evening though.. the wicked step mother 😂 instead of congratulating me on my PhD she tells me I'm "uneducated" and that I need to buy a replacement bottle of Pedro Ximinez sherry because the last of it was used in my ice cream. She has favourite cobwebs in her home too and probably feeds me spiders in her home cooked meals. 😂

Haha I like Emily s description of a "good jiggle sesh" bang on! I love jiggling, shaking and some of the moves made me feel like a back up dancer! I can only dream of such a profession 😂 it's nice having a dance party wherever is convenient - for me on my travels.

I enjoyed this class so much I found myself holding poses longer than necessary. I like stretching the whole body out including the neck and the tension and release exercise bringing the chin in. I've experienced permanent tension in this part of my neck it's good to feel it and actively release it.
