I found this class while looking through the wall work outs. I thought this was really good for triathlon training and stretching. The wall push ups and swinging the arm around reminded me of a swimming stroke, and there is plenty of leg strengthening and stretching too beneficial to running and cycling. Any other classes that suit running or triathlon training/ warm up? There are many in the ankle/foot care for running but I was also looking for another wall class I thought I had done before with jogging at the wall.

Tapping in for cozy climb. I'm on a mental rollercoaster at the moment, hyperactive one minute then can't move the next. I'm proud of myself for getting back into it after days of procrastinating and keeping myself so busy I don't have to think. But SFWWFC? (I hope I got that right!) I'll calm down soon enough! Loved the blue ball teaser ! 🀭

Tapped in for all shook up, but called it shake it out in my angry insta post πŸ˜‚ I really love this one, anything that involves shaking, swaying, bouncing gets a lot of my anxious/mad energy out! This one also requires some concentration in parts - I also like this, it gets my brain into a different gear.

I'm so in my head lately. I've been hanging out in the lower back folder because I've developed lower back pain. I started a gardening job over the summer to move my body more after years of desk work, and also while I have some months to prepare for my PhD exam, but now everything has turned sour. I was being bullied by the gardening "boss" - a female with masc energy (& she seemed to prefer male workers to female workers, and picked on specific women) and now I've put in a letter of complaint and feel like I have to quit the job now, so now I will be unemployed, but to keep my sanity and stress levels low I think this is the right decision. I'm finding it hard to trust myself and my decision, and even the fact I've called her a bully - also questioning this too, even though I know she is! What classes are going to help me trust myself and calm my anxiety, and not hurt my back! Any tips?

This class was so perfect after pulling muscles in my lower back a few days ago. Standing at a festival was so uncomfortable too. I waited a few days to wait for the pain to go down and I couldnt have found a better class to ease myself back into movement, so I'm happy this was Fridays suggestion in the weekly schedule!

Tapping in for the Bukta music festival in TromsΓΈ! Keeping warm in RPS hoodie! Band of Horses main act tonight! I pulled some lower back muscles from doing some springboard dives yesterday forgetting my body isn't used to somersaults and twists anymore! Hopefully RPS will help sort it tomorrow!

Since starting my summer gardening job I've been wiped out each night and haven't had much energy for classes! I haven't had the energy to clean the house or keep on top of things. I imagine this is what it's like for those with small children. It's nice to give my brain a rest from the usual work I do but wow I didn't think I'd be this tired! Also seagulls squawking all night long in the midnight sun doesn't give a good night's rest πŸ˜‚. Anyway long story short - I loved this class tonight, and completed it in full sweatsuit!

I have just submitted my PhD thesis. It took me a little over 6 years to complete! I was so hesitant to press the submit button, thinking that I still hadn't done enough! That there must still be mistakes. I am almost afraid to be finally free. Sitting with those feelings now. I wouldn't have got through the very dark days during the final years of my PhD without RPS in my life. Thank you Ruth + all the bad b's, you rebuilt me πŸ₯ΉπŸ₯°

Does anyone else get problems with digestion when stressed or luteal phase of cycle? I've had a particularly difficult time these last few weeks, with multiple issues related to it. I was wondering if there were any recs for classes to help digestion. I know about the stomach massage one. Maybe I'll try that to start.

I am very pleased about being able to swim again. I had chronic pain in my left arm for 3 years that made it incredibly weak. At one point I couldn't even hold my arm to the side for more than a few seconds. It felt completely useless. Also if I went into cold water the muscles would tense up and make the pain worse. RPS has helped my arm heal over the last year, and I'm no longer in pain. I get out of bed now early in mornings and go for a swim by my house in 7Β°C/45Β°F. It's very fresh on my face! I also love my new wetsuit. Highly recommend Watery!
