If my schedule has changed I give myself a few weeks to figure it out. Prioritise a couple of things each day and don't try to do everything all at once. Be kind to yourself if things don't go as planned. Try again the next day. Prioritise you as much as you can! For me that means sleep, making myself nice food for lunch, and of course RPS! I find following the weekly schedule really good because you don't have to make the decision yourself! One less thing to think about if you're busy! And if you miss a day catch up a little later in week.
