A lot of laugh out loud moments in this one, while in pain! Arms, sides and glutes feel strong and I have the - post RPS workout - light headed ahhh feeling.

If my schedule has changed I give myself a few weeks to figure it out. Prioritise a couple of things each day and don't try to do everything all at once. Be kind to yourself if things don't go as planned. Try again the next day. Prioritise you as much as you can! For me that means sleep, making myself nice food for lunch, and of course RPS! I find following the weekly schedule really good because you don't have to make the decision yourself! One less thing to think about if you're busy! And if you miss a day catch up a little later in week.

This class gives such a release! I carry so much tension in my back and shoulders, it just melts away after this! It's like I've just had a massage! Love the bend roll wave bit! And the ballet feel. Holding your head high and arm up makes you feel confident too.

I absolutely loved the start of this one,  sensulates makes me feel so calm! The triceps presses felt soo good. I put two blocks together for this part because mine are the thin ones. Wish i had your Bala ones! Loved the ballet floor work, and the awkward feel of the weights in straddle! Basically loved everything as usual! Haha!

Hei! I'm Frances originally from the UK but have been living in the north of Norway, in the Arctic for the last 6 years.  I joined RPS just over a year ago now. I was completely lost, depressed, in chronic pain, trying to finish my PhD and it was just months after a severe breakdown. I came across one of Ruth's stories on insta about someone criticising her sensualtes movement practice  saying "no to stripper moves in pilates!" Strangely enough, it was this dig that intrigued me into finding out more! + I just loved Ruth's vibe, talent and creativity. I can't thank Ruth enough for what she has done for me - I found myself again. I no longer have chronic pain, RPS provided a space to talk without judgement, I now connect with my body like i have never before, I've learnt how to love myself - no one had ever really explained to me how, nor did I realise how simple it could be. All classes end up as favourites! Tail is black panther! Instantly loved the feel of new platform!
