I used 20lbs for my heavy weight. Those donkey kicks with a hold at the top really got me! 😅

Used two 10lb weights and one 20lb weight for this workout, and omg!!! My legs were shaking by the end 🫨🍑

While this was a short workout it was also still challenging! 10lb for my medium weight, and 20lbs for my heavy weight. The rows with the 20lbs was something else! I haven’t rowed that much since I was a powerlifter

Came back from a 2 mile walk and did 3 rounds with 20lbs and my heart is racing!!! Love these weight classes! I feel so strong 💪🏽

This was such a chill upper body class! I invested in some adjustable weights for the program and I’m so glad I did. Super easy to add more weights without cluttering up my apartment.

I can’t believe this class was only 12 min! I am sweating bullets! What really got me was the single leg bridge with the chest fly. My 🍑was on fireee 🔥🔥 Loved this class! Feeling like a strong bad b 💃🏽💪🏽✨

10lbs for chest press, bent over row, and sumo squats

15lbs for the rdls

This class was definitely a challenged but it brought me wayyyyy back to my powerlifting days and I feel so rejuvenated. I missed lifting so much minus the gym environment. I can’t wait to see my progress this month!
