This class was honestly a therapy session for me. I ended up doing another round just because I still felt like I needed to release something. I went into this class with a lot of anger and confusion now I feel like I have a sense of clarity and calmness. Love the slow burn with the chill wave vibes! Please keep these kind of classes coming ❤️❤️

I have been really struggling with resentment for my job and not being able to find other work. I was in a pretty shitty mood for the later half of my work day because of changes I didn’t agree with. I’ve been feeling stuck lately and I actually didn’t even want to workout today because I was so overwhelmed with emotions but something told me to unstuck myself and move my body and I’m glad I chose this workout today especially with the last movement. I cried. I let go the feeling of being stuck and not enough for these other companies. I know my worth and I know good things are coming my way. I just need to have patience. Thank you for always creating movement practices that speak to what we’re feeling. I really needed this today. 💕💕💕
