Omgggg this workout was noooo joke!!! My thighs and my side 🍑 is on fireeee 🔥🔥🔥🔥This class was sooooo challenging! Especially since I used 2lb ankle weights 🥲😅 I feel like I worked out muscle I didn’t know existed 😂😂 I love this class! Adding it to my playlist “Working On It” because I most def want to see my progress 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽

Omg 😲my abs are screaming 🙀 The tap on the shin and twist part was lethal!!!! My abs started damn near convulsing 😅😅😅 I love the burn though! Such a good quick ab sesh

Got my bala beam and was so excited to do this workout! Feels good lifting some heavish weights! I feel so strong! 💪🏽 💪🏽💪🏽

I left my bala beam in storage so opted for a diff weights class that was upper body focused. Really happy I chose this class because it was a perfect mix of everything I needed! You always make the best classes for literally everything and every mood! Love it! #LifetimeMember 🫶🏼💪🏽💃🏽

That last song at the end of class really got me. I’ve been dealing with some heavy body dysmorphia for over a decade. This is the heaviest I’ve been and it’s so hard not judging myself for where I am right now. I know I’ve gone through a lot this year so I can’t even really beat myself up to badly. But I did let go constantly putting myself down. I felt like I wiped that off of me. I gotta stop comparing myself to old me, and make way for who I am in this present moment. Really needed this today 🥹🫶🏼❤️

Ruth!!! Girl!! You chose violence when you made this one! Your girl was shaking!!!!! Like my legs feel like noodles!!!
