Just watched this video after the standing SI tip video and I love how they were similar but very different ways to stretch out the SI joints. As someone with chronic back pain surround my L5 and S1, I feel like this tip targeted my exact source of pain. I’m adding this to my weekly stretching regimen

This tip was so helpful I did it a couple times I already feel a little relief in my lower back

I loved every bit of it! Felt like I was in another country in almost every state I visited

Saw this on Ruth’s story and so happy I did! Like you said having a smaller ball does make it a challenge but thankfully I was still able to do most workouts. Thanks for tip!
