Decided I wanted to keep the booty burn going and took this class right after cathartic weights and halfway through I asked myself why I decided to do this. Let’s just say it was a struggle but I powered through!! I will be coming backkkkkkk!! Ready to get the booty gainssss 🍑🍑🍑

Decided to complete 2 rounds and I feel so accomplished! I haven’t picked up heavy weights in a couple months. I’ve added this workout to my new playlist called “Working On It”! I miss using weights and I’m definitely going to start adding more heavy weights to my workouts

I felt this one so hard. I am so so so sorry for your loss. We lost our doggo earlier this year to cancer. Please know it’s okay to feel how you feel, cry it out, and hug it out. Sending love and light 🫶🏽✨

Operation Do The Thing has been initiated today. I applied to an upper level position after having reservations, and I figured that it doesn’t hurt to try and I’m worthy of any opportunity. I really liked the affirmation as well! You’re always so inspiring! 💃🏽✨

This meditation came at a perfect time! I applied to a different job today because my current job has been overwhelming me and its been affecting my mental health. I feel like this year’s theme has been about embracing changes as they come and allowing myself to simply be and accept these changes with grace without putting myself down or judging how I feel. I felt anxious about potentially being in a new position, but you can’t grow without making changes. Thank you for always creating such a safe space 💕

Took this class after not working out consistently and this class kicked my 🍑🍑🍑🍑 Adding to my workout list called Working On It. Every challenging class I take going forward I will add to the list so I can keep going back to it to see where I’ve progressed.

My hips said mam what you doin?!? But I pushed forward. The hardest parts for me were the last movements when we transitioned from a squat to a twist and trying to stack my knees without lifting up my sits bones. I’m adding this to a new list I made called “Working On It”

I didn’t realize how tight my hips got from doing a road trip for 2 weeks straight, and this class spoke to me so hard. Adding to the favs for sureeee
