Thunderpantz US is a wedgie free brand and I 100/10 recommend. The way the fit the line isn't as noticeable as a cheeky or bikini cut!! And to piggyback off Emma, Happy Earth leggings are booomb

I just did this one and I really enjoyed it!! Lots of feedback due to the foam roller and a killer ending that will leave you feeling SO strong💪

This reallt had me feeling the misalignment in my right shoulder.. but that's such a win bc usually I can't!! Yay for strengthening these muscles!!!

I had to stick to the forward and back because I can't put weight on my knee yet, but after the third round my shoulders were crying! This was slow, challenging, invigorating yet relaxing. Another great one!😍

I didn't think I was going to survive this one, had to pause halfway to breathe for a second.. Buuuut, now that it's done and over with, all I want is more😂 Although absolutely killer, this was probably the most fun I've had with the ball!!!

I only have barstool chairs so I used blocks to elevate my hips and my bed for the split squats.. holy moly I am never prepared to start sweating after only 13 minutes.. but this was fabulous!! What a great way to come back to a daily practice 😍
