Tapping in after 8 weeks off 🤩 I injured my shoulder years ago and it got to the point this year where everything made it hurt. I’d stop movement/exercise to give it time to rest and it would feel better but it then it would flare back up with any type of movement/exercise 😔I finally asked my doc for a PT referral have been in PT for about 4 weeks. Things are better but still taking it easy per doctors orders. Couldn’t resist doing a juicy ball movement class today. Here’s to the continued road to recovery ☺️
