I was feeling a little sore yesterday/this morning so didn't know if I was even going to be able to do this class, but decided to give it a try anyway. Sure enough, once I got moving my body felt so much better and I made it through the whole class!

Hi Ruth! I'm trying to remember a class, where you taught a similar move to the "shake level" move in gooey beats, but I think you had us fully stand up after we placed our foot on the mat. Can you point me in the right direction? I remember thinking there was no way I was going to be able to do, it but I tried anyway, and did it! And it was so much fun!

I almost looked for a different class to take today because I didn’t think my shoulders were that tight. But wow am I glad I trusted you Ruth! As always, you seem to know exactly what my body needs, my shoulders have never felt better!
