I was feeling a little sore yesterday/this morning so didn't know if I was even going to be able to do this class, but decided to give it a try anyway. Sure enough, once I got moving my body felt so much better and I made it through the whole class!

I almost looked for a different class to take today because I didn’t think my shoulders were that tight. But wow am I glad I trusted you Ruth! As always, you seem to know exactly what my body needs, my shoulders have never felt better!

Feeling like a bad b after this class! I decided to use ankle weights and hold weights in my hands, and wow, so good! Just what I needed today!
