This felt like only 10 mins had passed and not 25 mins.   That rollover the knees into puppy was no joke but this was very relaxing and calming to my system.  Definitely one to come back to

Congrats!  hmmm...not much of a tip  and it's definitely not steady, but I've always dealt with a lot of schedule upheaval.  I generally shoot for shorter workouts (20 mins or less)  4x a week and get them in when and where I can.  This looks different almost every week for me and sometimes I don't get in all 4.  This is where acceptance comes in with where my life is and that sometimes other stuff needs to come first. The key is to always come back to the practice regardless of how long it's been.

That's essentially me every time I hit play😆  No real motivation, just knowing I'm going to feel amazing (or just better) after no matter what is going on in my life.

Oh man, when I say I needed this one tonight, I needed this one tonight.  I've been straight struggling due to my cycle for the last several days and this felt so deeply needed after a day of exhaustion and migraine ❤️🙏

omg.  This was such a push and pull between release and work.  I LOVED the sensualities to get me started in this one cause it helped my body ease into the strength and stamina I needed for the rest of this class.  Also, loving the new 'turn off background music' . Lo-fi  always makes me want to sleep which is not great for mid-afternoon😅

This really hits different with wrist weights on.  Low and slow, a little more difficult than I expected but my body very much appreciated all of it.

My stomach started gurgling halfway through so the digestion is digesting. 😆    Also fabulous for when feeling a migraine or headache coming on, minus the downward dog portion.  Really slow, really calming.
