I whimpered throughout this entire session😅  That's not a bad thing!  I always feel so good after these more intense pilates ones.   One thing I didn't expect was that my body was much more flexible at the end.  Not sure how exactly that happened cause it didn't feel like I was working on my flexibility but clearly I was somehow.🧐

oh man.  this is the one where I have a shit ton of fun trying to get that first bit of combo down (super hard for me. I'm not coordinated)  but then dissolve into tears with the last song.  I don't even know what I'm crying about but it feel so damn good.  One of my tip top favorites!

I highly recommend looking up 'Sensual Pole Dance Music' on spotify and picking through the playlists that come up for one you enjoy.  I picked 'Best striptease/lapdance songs' and just vibed hard.  Feel like it's appropriate for this week's 'Some Hoe shit' theme 💅

1st day of my cycle and this was such a nice flow.  I  get migraines and headaches which tend to tense up my entire body so a slow stretchy flow really feels good after the migraine or before it cranks up.  Stretchy flows in the lead up to a migraine, I think, might help with the intensity of the pain since you're able to loosen up before it hits.

I'm really loving the short form weight sessions.  I trick myself into doing them with the 'It's only 10 mins.  You can do anything in 10 mins.'  which really allows me to get on the mat and then push through when it feels hard knowing I only have a few minutes left

This and Morning Flow are my 2 go-tos when I really want to get some movement first thing in the morning but don't have enough time or the inclination for a longer session.  They are both super short yet so effective at getting my body ready to move through the day.  I love them so much

I did this one immediately after Reception Pops Beats and I am...so sweaty.  The transitions were a little too fast for my first time doing this video but I think I can easily catch up the next time I press play.  Now excuse me, I have to go take a cold shower🥵

I loved how short, sweet, and effective this one was.  I hit fatigue point halfway through the last round of tricep press and felt so accomplished😆
