ok, first off, animals.  More animals.  All the animals.   Second off, I love me a no repeat weights session.  Kinda dreading all the circuit training coming up in this challenge.😂😭  But I'm sure I'll be thrilled with the results

Day 1:  5 sets.  15lb Kettlebell for single arm chest press- lying on the floor.  I didn't have a chair or bench accessible 10 lbs hand weights for the rest of the moves.I'm gonna need to start stealing my boyfriend's heavier weights soon.

Will we have access before the 12th?  I won't be in town on Monday and need to know what weights I need to load up in my car for that first week.  I don't really want to pack...ALL those weights😅(I'm not flying or anything.  I'm just lazy)

These old school ruth pilates classes are no joke.  Currently rolling my way through the “reformer on the mat” challenge, I’m on day 3 and questioning my decisions 😅 I swear to goddess, I can already feel results in my body though; so I'm screaming through the pain and getting it done anyway.

oooh, that song after a day of cleaning up from christmas all by myself.  Needed that to get the frustration out.
