ahahaha!  I came into this with all the confidence in the world after finishing Muscle Mami thinking this would be a cake walk with 5lb weights 😂  I could not have been more wrong.  I took breaks cry-laughing cause it was so ridiculously hard.   My arms are on fire!

4 rounds plus 5 hammer curls.  Slightly better.  Not much but that's ok.  I am sweaty and shaky and I'm gonna throw myself in the shower after some light stretching and shaking.  Gosh darn this was hard. 12 lbs dumbs for most.  Hip thrust 35 lbs

My heavy was a 20 for the first round but dropped to a 15 for the second.  This was hard but so good!

I, too, was in no mood to do this, and it was so hard, but there were some new and interesting moves in this one that my brain was very excited about.  Tossing the weight?! shut the f up.  Of course Imma toss that weight.

using the same weights as before I got through 6 with 5 seconds to spare.  The baseline was 5.  I think the biggest change was transitions were smoother and I felt like I had more stamina and a little more power.

a little tip for other humans who have a hard time sitting in that L shape, half sit (or full sit) on the block so you can angle better.  It will help you keep your spine upright.  Also, per usual, this was amazing and hard

I'm just happy to be keeping up with the challenge😂  I, too, questioned getting through the last round but I did!  I might not love weights workouts but I'm loving this challenge and the creative routines you craft for us.  Keeps my brain happy

Almost 4 rounds.  I was 4 step-ups away from a full round.  10 hand weights w/2lb wrist weights for hammers and overheads.  35 lbs for Hip thrust, 10 lbs hand weights and 2lb wrist weights for on same side for step.  I did use a bit of momentum for the step ups cause I'm 4' 11" and used a normal human-sized chair😅  Hard being a small in a big world😂

The great thing about these shorter ones is that I can just tell myself, "it's only 12 mins. You can do this". And that's what gets me through.   In the hip abductor move, i really did not get a lot of range which always feels like I'm not working hard enough even though I know that's not true.  Weird how brains work.

I used 2 10lb weights and one 20lb and this was a struggle.  I didn't finish the lunges on either side and lay face down on my mat instead.  Still considering it a win!  This is the first time in my life I've ever worked out with 20lb weights so I still feel great about it!
