This class is so powerful! Loved the playlist definitely feeling that femme fierceness. I want to say how much I appreciate the length of your classes. I did this after another class because I was feeling like I could move a bit more today. The format allows me to just show up, see where my body is, and take it from there!

Love these reformer on the mat classes! Full teaser puts too much pressure on my tailbone so I modified those bits. I continued with the chest press and roll up and then just lifting and lowering my legs with my head down and holding the weight up. Sharing in case its helpful for anyone else!

Literally had 15 mins max to get a workout in! This was straight to the point and effective. Thank you for modeling that movement doesn’t have to be extensive/strenuous to be beneficial.

Wow this class was magical! On day 2 of my cycle and this was so perfect for relieving lower back pain and helping with the tightness in the hips. Walking away with some fave stretches!
