First of all I want to say that I appreciate the notes feature because I could not remember taking this class, but I noticed I added a note to come back to it on a higher energy day. I'm so glad I came back to it because it was the perfect mix of everything I needed today - a fun boost & juicy movements.

I love this idea especially as someone with a hypertonic pelvic floor and learning that tension in the jaw is connected!

I absolutely love this style of class - lifting slow and mindfully to chill music. Love the creative movements too. This was good for my back, hips, and nervous system.

I'm 5'2" and made it work with a short foam roller. I just used my hands to support my head. This was a good balance between effort and release especially on low energy days. I really enjoy these foam roller classes
