Today is not a shake level energy kind of day, BUT the music made me show up and I'm glad I did. Will be working toward those wall splits! 

This was exactly what my hips and lower back needed today. Definitely felt waves of emotions coming up 

ooof this class felt like a push today because I'm feeling a bit tired, but I'm glad I showed up and did it. The lofi beats are grounding and help keep me calm when frustration starts to arise. 

Wow this Bad B Beats was everything I needed today! In fact, the time was 12:12 p.m. when I finished it 💟 It was so sweaty and fun. It's like you're in my head Ruth with the reminders to just have fun and not worry about what it looks like. I LOVED the belly dance inspired choreo. Would love to see more of that in future classes! Punching away to Cardi B was truly giving Bad B FIERCENESS! Cause hell yea femininity isn't dainty! 

Perfect mix of feel good and challenging moments. My back has been feeling crunchy and I so appreciate having so many options I can choose from for relief!

Hey all! I'm Jennifer also go by Jen (she/ella). Born and raised in Queens/BK NYC. A friend shared a Sensulates reel and I loved Ruth's style. I was at a difficult point in my life and I wasn't able to go to all the movement classes that helped me heal my relationship to movement. I love that RPS is a blend of all my favorite ways to move & was financially accessible. The most important thing to me is the foundation in self-love and compassion.
