Immediately following playful abs this was so dang tough I made it through what I could. planksgiving will have you feeling like the dead turkey on Thanksgiving so I see what ya did there now 😂

For sure marking this to come back to id love to see the progress on this one getting easier.

I’m definitely going to have to come back to do this class more. That low C curve is soso tough for me, doing on the floor really helped understand and move that way more comfortably.

Coming strong off the full moon energy this weekend and just starting my cycle and this was so easy to accomplish. At first I was thinking god idk if I can make it through these moves and then suddenly it was like I found a groove but you were done and I could’ve even gone for more 🥹

Wish you roses beat based is one I return to that feels like a calming and reset to my nervous system 💛

Not a class recommendation but something that also has been helping my heavy feelings lately (inspired from some RPS movements with self touch) is grabbing some plain coconut oil and spending some time slowing down and really gliding across myself. I pay extra attention to my neck/collar bone area holds onto a lot for me personally but really just the whole process helps me start releasing some of that stagnant heavy feeling in my body.

Hope that helps, the meditation this week is also a great reminder to hold that perspective that your body could be feeling extra sluggish for what it’s working so hard to bloom internally, so start slow and give yourself grace while you do 🌸🩵

Really enjoyed this one was perfect for a very emotional day to come to.

I find it funny the the symmetry of where I feel unbalanced that I would never notice without these movements. Like one side struggled on the internal rotation and the other external.

The super slow deep squats felt amazing 🙌🏼 and I saw another comment I agree I’d love a shoulder style sound bath next 🤩
