one of the most intense classical classes i've ever done!! so many creative and deeply activating movements. your commentary makes it so much fun though, & when you said time for pushups i audibly gasped 😂 feeling soooo strong after this class. and i loved the ending hehe joseph pilates says im a baddieee! 🫶💯💪👑🎀 thanks always ruth 💗

ive always struggled with my upper body/arms.. despite yoga and pilates i never felt like i had real strength or definition there. ive been doing this class alongside your other classes every other day for about 3 weeks now and I NOTICE a massive difference!!! strength and definition and im becoming so much more confident in my shoulders arms and upper back. I've tried so many different videos/programs in the last few years, but this series hands down is doing the most for me. THANK YOU always Ruth!!! 🤗💗
