Thank you for this class, Ruth!! Oh, how I needed this. I have a feeling this will become a bedtime routine go-to for me on stressful days when I can’t find much time to move and need to calm myself down and clear my head before bed. I got lots of nice cracks, pops and stretches in this one. My side body was so tight and it felt so good to stretch it out in those final twist moves.

I would recommend the new Wind Down class, which can be done on a bed, or Standing Flush as well.
