I would recommend the new Wind Down class, which can be done on a bed, or Standing Flush as well.

Thank you for this class, Ruth!! Oh, how I needed this. I have a feeling this will become a bedtime routine go-to for me on stressful days when I can’t find much time to move and need to calm myself down and clear my head before bed. I got lots of nice cracks, pops and stretches in this one. My side body was so tight and it felt so good to stretch it out in those final twist moves.

This was the perfect class for me to get back into my RPS movement practice after a 10 day vacation. I was feeling a bit under the weather from traveling, and this was just the right amount of feel good movement to ease me back onto my mat. I loved the playlist and how nice and stretchy this beat based class was. I got lots of “glow stick” cracks in my back and neck. Will definitely be coming back to this class when I want to stretch out on the floor while listening to some great tunes.

Thanks! And I will say that Standing Flush has gotten me through a number of shitty and stressful days this past month and a half, so that’s a good one too, but I would love one that’s more low energy and quietly meditative before bed time. I hate going to sleep with so much tension in my chest. ❤️

I was feeling a bit of tightness in my hips and glutes and these were some great quick stretches to help me release some of that tension before bed. I really like the last one where you pull your ankle off your leg and try to get your thigh to exterior rotation. Great active stretching in under 7 minutes!

For anyone wondering, yes, it is possible to do this class with a small ball! I just did it with my 9 inch ball and was able to do almost every move, aside from the planks, some of the bridging and the lunging at the end. All of those moves were easy to modify though. I did the planks and side planks on the mat without a ball, the bridges I could do some with my small ball and some I just did against the wall, and the final lunges I did on the mat without the ball. Some of the moves are harder with a small ball and some may be a bit easier but you can do pretty much the entire class with just minor modifications. Feeling like a sweaty and sexy bad b!

Hi Ruth! With everything going on in LA (and the world) right now, I could really use a quick relax level meditation and stretch class to help me clear my mind and decompress before bed. Maybe something in the 10 minute range? 💕

Wore my new RPS tube top for this class and the girls stayed in place the whole time! This is one of my favorite beat based classes for when I want to work my lower body and feel sexy doing it. Whenever Ruth says we can finally kick that band off our legs it’s always a huge sigh of relief. Ending this class a sweaty mess but feeling great.

This was just the release my body needed after a stressful day at work. I skipped the floor parts but still got a great quick energy boosting workout in and a nice self love cooldown.
