This class was pure catharsis. I’m a sweaty mess and I’m all up in my feels. When “2am” came on at the end I was instantly transported back to my sophomore year of college feeling insecure and alone in my dorm room in the dead of winter, but I’m glad that girl has grown up to be the strong confident bad ass bitch I am today! Ok, time to jump in the shower. 🥵💦

There are some good beat based ones for this too, including the one below. Pretty much any beat based class where Ruth has you bouncing up and down on your knees for an extended period will give you the training you need for riding like there’s no tomorrow

This is one of my favorite classes to do at the office. I use tape dispensers or staplers as my weights. Gets my blood pumping and heart rate up in under 10 minutes!
