Hi ya’ll! Im Crystal, im located in Salt Lake City, UT and no i am not Polygamist or Mormon (lol) I get asked that a lot. I am so glad that I found This platform because I was going through a hard time mentally. I was going through depression, I had the worst anxiety, forms of PTSD from trauma and I completely lost myself. I tried sooo many different things. Nothing was working at all. I came across Ruth’s instagram and how amazing she was! I saw she had a app, I tried it and fell in love with it! I loved how I connected with the feminine side of me when trying her free trail! I was smiling again, it made me feel good inside and outside, I decided this is therapy for me and joined monthly. It was the best decision I made to finding myself again! It gave me my confidence back and my body formed faster than any other workout I’ve done in the past. I use to lift weights at the gym. I use to love kickboxing cause of the fast transformation, but this did way more and it was good for my mental health. I would recommend this app to everyone! Ruth, thank you for helping me in so many different ways. My favorite is senulates but also the 30 day challenge. But honestly I love it all, I normally do 3 videos a day and that’s my goal is trying to fit a form of workout, senulates and then stretching at the end. My tail has definitely got bubbly and round haha - I love it! I would love to see a new 30 day challenge with a mix of everything. Thank you again Ruth, you really have brought me back to live. I absolutely tell everyone, even my doctors cause I got into an accident the only thing that has helped me is doing your workouts, my pain stops as long as I’m stretching and doing your exercises.
